"Get in loser, we're going shopping"- London Edition

Today one of my best friends Holly, (also a blogger) and I went to London on a shopping day as a break from revision and we had a really nice day so I'd like to share it with you.

Firstly we went to Covent and I stumbled into Urban Outfitters (surprise) and I bought some sunglasses cause I love me some sunglasses! 

And the sunglasses were £18 which I thought was quite a good price and I really am in love with  the grey! 

A bit later we went to Foyles and it was my first time going and can I say that it was AMAZING! There were so many books and the books were all so beautiful; being in that shop made me feel very happy inside and seeing LoveTanya in there was just amazing because it was in the same shop and classics like Pride and Prejudice and Jane Eyre and I felt so proud of her.

We were in there for a while looking through the books and it was just so magical and I felt really zen!

While walking around we came across a little art exhibition in there and we also saw this amazing wall of Alexander McQueen sketches.

Then after we went to Pret for lunch and we ate that in King Cross station because Holly wanted to show me Platform 9 3/4 and it was amazing it was the first time I had seen it and it was quite hard to not cry. We didn't get a picture because of the queue but we did go in the shop and it was truly lovely and delightful! (Very British words!)

I had to get a picture of the Ravenclaw's diadem,

being a member of Ravenclaw.

Then I put on the Ravenclaw scarf that I will have one day! However my budget didn't stretch that far on one item. I look pretty excited and it was so soft.

I felt magical in this!

Then we went to Oxford Street and went to Topshop, PINK and of course Urban Outfitters! Where we actually saw Niomi, (Niomi Smart) however we didn't want to interrupt her shopping day with her friend so we just admired from a far. By the way she looks so beautiful in real life I say that about all the youtubers I've met but yeah she looked lovely!

Then in Urban Outfitters we found some bucket hats! Don't we look DIVINE?!

Then we ended up back in Covent Garden and mooched around a little and then we went to Starbucks and got a Raspberry Blackcurrent drink and a cinnamon swirl each and it was delightful! While in Covent Garden we saw this display in a window and I loved it!

A Spring #OOTD

Sunglasses- Ray Ban

Since its Spring I figured I needed to put some colour into my wardrobe since

the majority of it is black,white and grey.

My new trousers are from Topman and I recently got them, they are in the fit vintage skinny and they were £28.

I really love that the pockets have zips, I thought it was a really nice touch. I also feel very chic and Parisian in these. (If you excuse the washing line!)

March Favourites 2015

March has seemed to have gone really quickly, I think its because my GCSEs are coming up!

My favourite song of the month is:

Lips Are Movin'- Meghan Trainer 

I have listened to this song at least once a day this whole month and it has just made me smile. Its really upbeat and I listened to it whenever I felt a little down and tired and it just lifted up my spirits.

My favourite TV show

Unbreakable Kimmy Schmit 

This really made me laugh, its one of those really easy shows to watch. Ellie Kemper was hilarious and Tina Fey produced it so I was like I am definitely watching this! I love Tina Fey I just think she is so funny. The characters were all so funny in their own way and the wacky storyline just made it even more fun to watch.

The book I read

I am part of Estée's (essiebutton's) book club #buttonsbookshelf and this month we read Mindy Kaling's Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me? (And Other Concerns) and it was so funny this month has truly been filled with comedy. It is written in a really chatty way and it was just a really fun and easy read, Mindy is a genius. Favourite Film

I saw the new Cinderella film staring Lily James and Richard Madden. I was very excited about going however growing up the original Disney Cinderella has a very special place in my heart. So I didn't want this film not to be as good in my eyes. Although this film was told in such an amazing way and the acting was just flawless I loved every single bit and I cried a few times because I get every emotional over films, especially Disney. The film all round was just beautiful and the cinematography was amazing and the dress, just ah! 

Favourite Item

This month I ordered Jim's Dream Big Poster and I really love it, its such a nice quote and it makes me smile every time I see it. This month has definitely been filled with things that make me smile. I feel I have smiled a lot this month.

Favourite item of clothing

This month I have been wearing my new bomber jacket quite a lot it made me feel very TheLineUp (esque) and it has started to get a little bit warmer in England (its still cold though) so I have had more chance to wear it because it hasn't been as freezing.

My favourite youtuber of the month

This month I have discovered Clothesencounters, Jenn and I don't know how I haven't found her channel sooner. I love it so much, her style is just so amazing and she is so beautiful and her and her boyfriend are so adorable and his bands music is really good. I hadn't heard of Young Guns before but now they are a favourite.

Favourite moment

This doesn't really count as a favourite but my favourite moment of this month was meeting my bestest friend who I hadn't seen in 7 years and we met in London and went shopping and it was just so lovely.

Favourite app

I have really been into twitter this month I am every month but this month I have really been on it a lot! And I mean quite a lot.

That has been my favourites this month. Look how structured my favourites have been this month!

Top 5 Youtubers you should watch! (If you don't already)

1. EssieButton- run by Estée Lalonde a Canadian living in London with her boyfriend Aslan and their beyond words of adorable Reggie. Her videos are beauty and lifestyle based, her personality is so lovely and she is just an all round lovely, genuine person. She is arguably my favourite youtuber no actually she is, her videos give me hope in my darkest hours and just cheer me up and her take on life and the world is just so contagious (in a good way obviously). So go check her channel out if you aren't subscribed to her anyway. Her vlog channel is essiebuttonvlogs to see what she does day to day and see her beautiful doggie.


2. TheLineUp- A fashion based channel run by Maya Nilsen and Julia Dang, two girls from Sweden, Stockholm. Their take on life and fashion is just so cool. I just find them so cool and their taste in fashion is just amazing! Their all round personas are just so easy to get along with and can we just talk about their amazing tastes in music.


3. The SacconeJolys- Are an absolutely adorable family and they daily vlog everyday and it is just so lovely to see their children Emilia and Eduardo grow up a little bit more everyday. The parents Jonathan and Anna are just hilarious and they are such an inspiring couple. They upload everyday at 6pm GMT (England) which means I watch them with my dinner everyday like my fellow blogger and friend Holly Willis. So if you just want something to make you smile everyday then you better go on over to the SacconeJolys.


4. RoseEllenDix- this channel is run by Rose and her wife Rosie their videos are hilarious and they are just such a beautiful couple and their stories are just so inspiring and their videos just give hope to so many. They very recently got married and the pictures on instagram are just absolutely wonderful. Their personalities together just make me laugh for hours on end so if you want a channel to laugh along with and make you smile watch Rose and Rosie.


5. Amelia Liana-  by guess who, Amelia Liana, a beauty youtuber and blogger who spends her time in London and New York. If you want to watch one chic, funny and beautiful human watch her videos. Her dog Duke is also very adorable. She uploads vlogs, beauty and lifestyle videos regularly, her most recent Paris vlog is a fave for me, it is so funny and I also love Paris and I really want to go to New York so seeing the cities in her vlogs is so inspiring.

Youtube and blogging is such an amazing community and I am so glad I'm a part of it. Also I watch many youtubers and I mean many and I thought I would share some of my favourites with you all however it is impossible to choose and to be honest I can't really choose favourites. Overall these are the youtubers that if you haven't already I think you should watch. By the way these aren't in order because that is simply impossible.
